The main thing is that, no matter what, and after all the rain, there was a shinnign sun for everyone.  Rock al Parque, and mainly its audience, showed that this is on of hte most important music festivals in Latin America.

Four days, more than 90 bands, all kinds of sounds from all around the world, and more than 330.000, one of the biggest crowds in the festivals 15 years history, who in fact, came  to what has become one of the most important entrance-free music festivals in Latin America.

Some of the 330.000 people from the crowd enjoyed international bands such as Fischerspooner, who has been on stage on such venues as New York´s MoMA, and  colombian and international superstars Bomba Stereo who left their mark, by leaving the audience chanting for an encore.

There was music for all tastes, from another colombian superstar band such as Choc Quib Town (Choc Quib Town performs along with singer song writter Diego Torres, “Creo En America”, 2011 Copa America´s Anthem), to USA´s Overkill, a death metal band which rocked the night for the always passionate metal crowd (at the Heavy Metal Stage), and then back to colombian international band Doktor Krapula.  Other performing band where: BLK JKS from South Africa, Toreros Muertos from Spain who raised the hearts of thousands of 80´s fanatics, and american band the Dead Keneddys.
